Exhibition Concept Note
Introduction
Exhibitions are an important part of the marketing activities of the any community. They serve as an influential platform for various stakeholders to come together, share information and build long-lasting business relationships. Exhibitions also have a strong impact on the economic, social, cultural, and environment within a community.
The Chimanimani Business Community (CBC) seeks to bring business owners and other interested persons in the Chimanimani District, under one banner to promote our various products and services to the rest of Zimbabwe and beyond.
The Chimanimani Business Expo presents a great opportunity to all Chimanimani stakeholders to showcase any, products, skills and services that they have to offer. There will also be a short conferencing session to give exhibitors an opportunity to introduce their areas of interest in Chimanimani and explain in more detail, how they wish to benefit from their interactions over the 1-day Expo. In addition to the exhibition, there will be cocktail event which will be geared towards networking amongst the exhibitor’s present. This will culminate in a short speech by a representative from either Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC) or the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA).
Purpose of the exhibition
To provide a designated platform and, interactive environment for academia, farmers, the private sector, and development partners to showcase cutting edge innovations, business related products and services that have made remarkable differences in institutions as well as in lives of the communities they serve.
Venue and participants
To maximise viewership, the exhibition will be strategically located at the Chimanimani Hotel, Chimanimani, Manicaland Province, Exhibitors will include a range of stakeholders including the Chimanimani Business Community members, farmers, development partners, private sector institutions, civil society and the community at large
